The Scope of Work Our client campaigns demand sharp, results-driven execution across three primary pillars. You should have deep expertise in one or more of the following:

• Facebook Ads: Campaign builds, pixel architecture, creative scripting/testing, and scale management.
• Google Ads PPC: Search/Performance Max setups, negative keyword strategy, high-intent targeting, and budget optimization.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Comprehensive audits, technical SEO adjustments, strategic on-page optimization, and high-authority link building.

While you won't be able to display these campaigns in a public portfolio, we fully support private portfolio use (sharing anonymized data/password-protected case studies via DM) after an initial collaborative period.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing successful campaigns for US/European SMBs.
• Deep technical mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GSC, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
• Strong agency mindset: reliable, highly communicative, proactive, and strictly organized.

Budget & Compensation We pay a fixed-rate, monthly retainer per client account managed (rather than hourly billing). Our baseline rates start at $500 - $1,200+ per account/month, scaling up dynamically based on your experience and the specific scope/spend of the project.
