What nationality is Flair?

Every agent is from some country. For example:

Twister is Finnish (says perkkele)

Raketa is Soviet

Kent is British

Hound is German?

Everyone else (except Flair) is American I guess.

Because she says "Enemy spotted, sim", sim meaning "yes" in Portuguese, I initially thought she might be Portuguese or Brazilian (or somewhere where they speak Portuguese).

Has anyone had more luck determining where is she from or does she say something else of interest?

Thanks!
