Clinically approved Generative AI for CXR Draft Reports?

Found this VLM tool called AIRead-CXR for generating draft reports on chest X-rays. It apparently just cleared MFDS (Korea’s regulatory agency) as the first of its kind for generative AI in radiology I think.

Anyone tried it or have thoughts on this type of tool?
