E85 Tune wont run but 91 tune runs perfectly fine

I have a 2017 5.0 with Headers, Ported 18 monifold, lu47 injectors. New spark plugs as well. Runs completely fine on a Rob Shoemaker 91 tune. The moment they load the e85 tune, it gets stuck in open loop, throws 2 codes of the Upstream o2 sensors stuck on rich. It doesnt idle UNLESS we clear the codes. Moment the code comes back the car dies. We then switched it back to 91 and it works normal now. Question is, Do i need new o2 sensors or is this a tune related issue?
