Search in subreddit on Android app

Hi

I have a Pixel 9 pro. Not sure if it's only an issue on this phone, but searching in a subreddit is next to impossible for me. I have to touch the search magnifying glass on the top of a subreddit just slightly under it for it to work. I usually need several attempts.

Does anyone else have this issue? Anyone found a solution?
