Vyvanse in the summer

Hey, I’m currently taking 30mg of Vyvanse. Recently I’ve noticed after I take it I’ve been falling asleep and then it kicks in when I wake up. But I’ve only noticed it happening during this heat wave. I try to stay hydrated and make sure I eat but I feel so hot and tired and exhausted. Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this heat on stimulants?
