Updated credit score report

So, I just checked my banking app and saw a new line for Veritas Alliance... they have been calling me since beginning of 2024 but I keep blocking them because of the threatening nature of their phone calls. My debt indicates that I have $156 owed money on may 21 2024 (i know its not a lot but I don't even think I used any other cards than the one I currently have) all of my cards have been paid off even my car. I just dont know the implications if I start paying it off like will there be a sudden debt that will appear? I dont even receive a notice from them? Also, I changed my phone number in December 2023 . Thank you to those who will give me good advice on this.
