Stopping

Ive smoked everyday around 3.5g a day for around 7 years. Ive had a cart everyday for about 4. Ive been short on luck and and I’m out of work. I don’t really have an option apart from stopping ive got no money to maintain it at the moment until I get a new job. Am I going to be okay?
