Can't authorize computer even after signing in and de-authorizing all other computers

hi all, recently got a new windows PC. i installed apple music but am unable to authorize the computer and play songs i bought from itunes years ago. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but i still cannot authorize. I even went into view my account and de-authorized all other computers but still unable to authorize this PC. Have restarted PC multiple times after reinstalling.

It keeps showing: Your password has changed. Please sign out from the Account menu and sign in again.

Any advice or tips from people who went through this would be greatly appreciated been doing this for hours
