should i pursue my manager?

i’m 23f and my manager is 35m. we are both each others type to a T but there’s an age gap and obviously he’s my manager. so at first i stifled my feelings and was planning on moving jobs. until recently he’s given me a bit of a vibe. he’s constantly calling me gorgeous and whenever i bring up dates ive been on he goes cold with me. also to mention he made extra effort to make sure my sister got a job within the company. the other day we went to the cinema together and he seemed nervous when hes always said to me that he is the same person with everyone he meets. so long story short: chat what do i do
