Usict for ECE???

Bhai usict is a decent college Ik that but jese hi koi ece ki baat krta h toh people don't recommend it or just say don't take ece in ipu why's that?? Like halat itni buri hai ky?? Should I even consider it or not😭??? And please be genuine and logical with ur answers don't just say that leave it or don't take it give some details and reasons for it
