Moving House

Hi, moving house soon with 2x Corys, 1x Platy and 4x Minnows. Drive is 4/5 hours in hot weather. Any advise on how best to transport them would be appreciated! Will be bringing majority of aquarium water with me in buckets to set-up tank when i arrive in the new place.

Ps. Will be getting more corys once moved to make them feel more comfortable :)
