Help IMAT Pre-enrollment!!

Hey guys! I'm from Pakistan and want to enroll myself for imat 2026 as I want to study medicine in italy. I have heard that pre enrollment is manadatory before registration opens but I think I've missed the deadline because pre enrollment started almost 3 months ago but now I'm worried so is the pre enrollment still open then how can I apply for it? which documents would I need?

Is there any cost for pre enrollment and suggest me good universities to apply and how can I start my preparation because I think very less time is left so can I crack it ?

And what is the difficulty level of IMAT because we are used to taking Mdcat here in Pakistan.
