50mg SR-17018 Tablets

Do I stop taking Suboxone and just start with the SR ? Any idea of a schedule or how many 50mg tablets should I take and every how long ? Seller said 1 every 3hrs,.

Got 59 x 50mg SR tabs, I want to start, been on Suboxone last few yrs, prescribed 12mg daily but only take 1mg daily. Gotten off Suboxone twice, not a walk in the park, for about 2 weeks no amounts of sleeping pills or sedatives put me to sleep, heroin was much easier to get off of Stupidly I accumulated so much Sub from my reg scripts that even when not physically dependent I was srill using it on weekends, a 24hrs window, which worked for a long while til one weekend that 24hrs turned into 4 days so found myself taking it daily again, that was 3yrs ago. Discovered SR here on Reddit and was encouraged by reading so many positive comments. Appreciate any feedback, info, personal experiences, etc. I am ready to begin weaning off of this Buprenorphine gravy train that is this Suboxone prescription
