New to the game!

Hi all. So, this is my 4th day on New Horizons. I'm a "veteran" from New Leaf, and I finally got my hands on New Horizons.

Any hints for starters? Should I get every clump of weed and tree branches? When do villagers start moving in? Anyone wanna take a look at my island?
