Training and Sharing knowledge with younger generations

I'll try and keep this short. I'm both and introvert and a 60yo GenXer. Like most of us, I grew up in technology back in the day of reading manuals and buying books. Simple things could be a ton of work.

Anyhow, I'm growing a bit tired of the younger generations want to use me as the easy button all the time. Despite having all this great technology in front of them, they prefer to just come to me for the quick win. I honestly don't mind helping people, but I've grown tired of this and now they say I'm being a silo of information. All I want is to see a little motivation from them to learn and go thru the process. Yeah, I'm getting old and more kranky, but jeez, show me some effort.
