Visited an Airbnb and found some dirty areas, do I leave it in my review?

I recently visited an Airbnb in Florida with a friend, there was one bed and a pull out couch. At first everything was great! Check in was easy, place was in a good location, etc. When we were ready for bed I pulled out the couch and discovered an inside out sheet, I stripped it and when I turned it the correct way the mattress and sheet were extremely stained and disgusting. I messaged the host very politely just asking them if at all possible to get a new sheet in the morning. They replied minutes later that the pullout couch was not advertised (my mistake whoops) and should not have been pulled out.
Seriously besides that it was a good Airbnb but it really made me question the cleanliness of the area overall. The host has messaged me several times now asking me to leave a five star review but should I? What would you do?
