We are Resumefolio (https://getresumefolio.com), a resume-building tool used by students across India. We help students build ATS-friendly resumes with shareable links so recruiters get a live page instead of a lost PDF attachment.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to help us get Resumefolio into more colleges. If you are in your final year of MBA/BBA and want real outbound sales experience (not data entry disguised as an internship), read on.

What you will do

• Reach out to college TPOs and placement cells
• Pitch Resumefolio as a batch solution for their students
• Close deals with real revenue, not just "leads generated"
• Help shape how we sell to institutions. You will be building the playbook, not following one.

What we are looking for

• MBA or BBA final year student
• Comfortable talking to people on calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Can handle rejection. Most cold outreach gets ignored, and that is normal.
• Bonus if you have sold anything before. Even college fest sponsorships count.

Compensation

• ₹5,000/month fixed stipend
• Performance-based commission on every successful college conversion:
  • 30% of deal value for your first 1 to 3 conversions
  • 32% of deal value for 4 to 10 conversions
  • 35% of deal value after 11 or more conversions
• ₹10,000 milestone bonus on every 10th successful college conversion (10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, and so on), paid in addition to your regular commission.
• Example: Close a ₹50,000 college deal and earn:
  • ₹15,000 commission (30%)
  • ₹16,000 commission (32%)
  • ₹17,500 commission (35%), depending on your conversion tier.

This is NOT for you if

• You want a passive internship where you just show up
• You are uncomfortable calling strangers
• You need hand-holding on every task
