Semi Permanent Dye and Bleach

I was wondering if I would be able to use a semi-permanent dye (specifically: Bleach London: The Big Pink) over my dark brown roots and still be able to bleach them normally afterwards? My hair currently has been bleached and is fully pink (from that same semi-permanent dye), other than the roots of course, and it is now starting to fade (it has been around 2 weeks since I bleached and dyed it) so I was wanting to place the dye over my hair again, but I am concerned about the bleaching process in a few weeks. I want to remain with pink hair so changing colors is not a concern for me, just bleaching over my roots in a few weeks and keeping an even palette.

TLDR: If I put this semi-permanent dye over my entire head (including roots and the already dyed areas) would I be able to bleach my roots in the following weeks? Or would the semi-permanent dye affect the bleaching process? Thank you!
