NYC Instacart: 3 declines = 9 minute pause

Seriously, it's not fair when all the batches I'm getting are in a completely different borough while I'm in the middle of Manhattan. Cant do much other than decline.

Just last week it was a 6 minute pause after 3 declines, but 9 minutes with the same amount of decline is weighted completely wrong.

ie, I'm in Flatiron District, and I'm getting batches offered in Wegmans in Brooklyn and Food Bazaar in Red Hook.

No car. I use a subway and bike to deliver.
