Searching for hotel rooms with twin babies

Help me understand how hotel rooms work for twin babies (8 months)...

When I search for "2 adults, 2 children (<1 year)" I get results for rooms with two queen beds or adjoining family rooms. It feels like it's just looking for rooms with occupancy of 4, even though babies don't use beds?

Any recommendations on how to search for hotel rooms that will accommodate two babies?
