Skincare Routine for My 60-Year-Old Mother-in-Law

Hey guys!
I want to put together a skincare routine for my mother-in-law. She’s 60 years old and has been using discount skincare products and I just can’t take it anymore.
She has combination skin, some sun damage and of course some wrinkles. I’m looking for products in the mid-range price category.
