Visiting medical graduate looking for housing near AdventHealth Kissimmee (August)

Hi everyone! I’m a female visiting medical graduate and will be rotating at AdventHealth Kissimmee from August 3–31. I won’t have a car and am trying to find safe, affordable housing.
Does anyone have recommendations for:
Safe neighborhoods?
Public transportation to AdventHealth Kissimmee?
Short-term housing commonly used by healthcare workers or students?
Anyone rotating there during the same time who might be interested in sharing accommodation or transportation?
