Heatwave

Hey I’m on 30mg of Vyvanse. There currently a rlly bad heatwave and I noticed after I take my Vyvanse in the morning I ko like instantly even if I was already wide awake. After I wake up I’m able to stay up and focus but I’m still exhausted. I make sure I drink lots of water and electrolytes but idk this heat this summer is turning my meds into weird sleeping pills. Does anyone have any tips on dealing with the heat while on stimulants?
