Honestly losing my mind over this. If two students have tied gpa in bachelors, who gets first position?

We both have overall 3.96. But I have two B grade in 2 subjects of 3 credit hours (in eng and maths, not main degree specific ones). The other class mate has 4 Bs (2 in degree specific ones but one of them is in 1 credit hour course only and 2 B in other eng and maths type subjects). But overall marks (including P grade subjects of Holy Quran which i think arent calculated in overall gpa) , shes 5.5 marks ahead of me. If we exclude P grade subjects, shes still 0.75 marks ahead of me. Theres no quality points shown on portal or an exact more decimals gpa.

This stuff is making me crash out and I dont feel like waiting till convocation 😭😭
