Does anyone actually wash their hands after going to the toilet?

So I have never washed my hands after using the toilet. My dad told me I didn’t need to and never seen him wash his so idk I never washed mine.

In the men’s toilets I see like 30% men wash their hands and the rest just leave. I don’t normally wash my hands but my girlfriend said that was a gross. But idk if that’s just because she’s a girl
