Idea of meeting partners friends is making want to physically vomit

To keep short, been going out with older guy and he wants me to go on a double date and I cannot do that without feeling like I want to puke his friends are a lot older and so would the girlfriend and it all just feels extremely intimidating I can’t even handle that
