BOH Bros

So I’ve spent alot of my server career at two different TexMex restaurants. And in both kitchens a good percentage of the kitchen speak Spanish only.

In both restaurants there are a couple people that I’ve never had a conversation with because we don’t understand each other.

But it’s like we are still friends because we just kind of make noises at each other and get excited when we see each other. Does this make sense to anyone?
