I'm building a long-term CS2 team with the goal of competing in leagues, tournaments, and eventually reaching a high level together. This isn't a casual stack—we're looking for players who genuinely want to improve and are willing to put in the work.

What we're looking for:

• EU players
• Around 2.5k–3.2k FACEIT Elo (exceptions if you're clearly talented)
• Active and motivated
• Good communication in English
• Able to take constructive criticism
• No ego, no toxicity, no blaming teammates
• Available for regular practice, demo reviews, and scrims

Goal

• Build a structured team with defined roles
• Practice consistently
• Play ESEA/Faceit tournaments and other competitions
• Improve as individuals and as a team
• Create a long-term roster instead of constantly replacing players
