Is kundali matching truly required?

Got a rishta, everything seems well on paper, father is going to see the house and everything but kundali doesn’t match, also the groom side is okay to proceed without it, my parents are also convinced saying “even after matching 30-32 Gunas people are ending up having divorce”. So I am not sure what I should do. Please help and share your advice. Only 11 Gunas match out of 36.
