I Learned More From Bad Beauty Products Than Good Ones

Weirdly enough, I think all the beauty disasters taught me way more than the products that actually worked. Like yeah, when something is amazing you just go “cool” and keep using it. End of story. But when a product completely ruins your day? Man, that lesson sticks forever.

I still remember buying some hyped-up face wash because everyone online acted like it was magic in a bottle. Three days later my skin looked like it was going through a breakup. Dry patches, random tiny bumps, redness... absolute chaos. I was staring at myself like bro what is happening

Same with foundations. I used to think if it cost more money then obviously it had to be better. Nope. Some expensive stuff made me look like I dipped my face in cake batter. Learned real quick that price and quality are not automatically besties.

Bad products basically forced me to learn ingredients, skin types, patch testing, and to stop trusting every “OMG RUN DON’T WALK” review online.

The good products gave me results. The bad ones gave me character development .
