Is it weird that I’ve never been able to find a Manhua/Manhwa as good as the top manga?

Manhua/Manhwa are good for hype and aura moments but from my experience that’s all they’re good for, I don’t think I’ve read any Manhua/Manhwa that have as much depth as some of the best Japanese manga series.
