Reflecting on Saudi Arabia’s Cultural Shift
Hello everyone. I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia and lived there for over 15 years. I love the country deeply, even though I am not a Saudi national. Allah has blessed it with the correct creed and the blessings of Tawheed and Sunnah.
Recently, I’ve noticed a shift toward modernism that I find concerning, as a large portion of the population is adopting Western culture and traditions. I am not speaking against the rulers of any Muslim country, but rather the general public. I feel the youth are moving away from their identity and religion. Why is Saudi Arabia making such bold moves, and do you think this will lead to the country's downfall, or will it actually promote Islam by inviting non-Muslims and granting them residency?
