False banned

Ive tried the appeal process and the forums so I just wanted to come on here and see if others share the same outcome. In short the only software ive ever used was Raw Accel which is licensed and cant be used to cheat and using a rotation feature on the viper v4 pro, and lastly plugging in a controller. In short what happened was about 2 weeks ago I was on conquest and mind you this was after using the viper v4 and playing for days, but I changed a setting in steam to read my controller I dint not add any external device or anything like that to use in game because I want to try it, once it was plugged in the controller worked but it was janky didn't track well all in not a good experience so I unplugged it and went back to mouse and key all good. I come on back later that day/next day and now im banned. I appealed and all I got was that I was cheating no explanation which is crazy as my steam account is clean, I have never been banned before on any title or game. Ive tried to appeal again and have been waiting for over a week and nothing. Some dude on the forums said I used some type of macros which I have never used all I used was the rotation feature which is native to the razer softer ware and gives ZERO comp advantage. In short im pissed and I cant even speak to anyone there nor is there a phone number.
