New to VR are the minimum PC requirements good enough to run most SteamVR games (Meta Quest 3S)

My current PC isn't quite good enough and I can't upgrade it any further. Buying a new PC is my only option, so will the minimum requirements be good enough? I'd prefer not to pay the cost for the recommended requirements? I'm assuming playing wireless isn't a viable option using the minimum settings, I can deal with it.

I'm aware a PC isn't required but I'm unwilling to buy from the Meta store. I'd sooner buy a new PC then spend a dime there.

Hitman (VR) is probably the most demanding of the games I'm looking to play. if the minimum requirements can run it I doubt I'll have many issues with much else. My PC can already run the game fine but the VR is completely playable.
