Paid Leave

I will be having a serious surgery where I will be down for three months before I am able to come back to work (tendon surgery in the legs). I’ve worked for Amazon for 8 months and when I have my surgery it’ll be 10 months, am I able to get short term disability while on leave? I am a blue badge.
