No Hostel payment Portal Mail

So I appeared in MET and will be joining the Jaipur campus, The thing is-

I have received a reminder mail that says to pay the hostel fees to avoid any further problems but I have not even received a mail that carries the payment portal, no prior mail or any sort of information.

Who do I mail/call?

I've already tried mailing them, haven't received a response yet.
