[TOMT] Looking for a melancholic female song from the mid-2000s

I’m looking for a song that was probably released in the mid-2000s. It’s a melancholic song by a woman.

The music video starts with an alarm clock showing the time. I think the numbers on it were red. Then the woman wakes up and goes alone to an indoor swimming pool that is closed/empty. She changes there, walks onto a diving board, and jumps from there into the water.

The swimming pool is empty, and you only see this young woman. It’s a melancholic song, but I can’t remember what it was. Does anyone know the name of the song?
