Locked out by two-step verification

I recently tried setting up two-step verification so I could trade, and when I set it up for email, when I tried to log in on my phone, it wouldn't send any emails to my email. Which was weird because I only have one email that has ever been on that account. And now I'm just in a loop of AI bots not helping me at all to fully get back my account. I still have access on pc, but if I were to log out, I would be cooked. ANyone know what I should do?
