Is there a chance of pregnancy bc of precum? Without penetration

Hi guys , I need advice. I am 20 , still a virgin, never had sex before. I had foreplay with my boyfriend without no penetration though. He had a bit of precum on the outside of my vagina without actually inserting his penis inside of me. I panicked and Immediately I had to pee after that. I had my periods earlier in June now I am just hoping to get them in July. I am freaking out he has been reassuring me that I won't fall pregnant. Is there a possibility of pregnancy?
