[WinError 2] The file specified was not found: 'C:\\Program Files\\Calibre2\\index' keeps showing up when using FanficFare

I'm having trouble updating and adding new fics from AO3 since the newest update, and I keep getting this comment when I try anything. Does anyone have any idea of what I can do to fix this and are they able to explain what to do with a step-by-step?
