Silent Hill f type game But only with Puzzles and Artstyle/ Vibe

So I really enjoyed the game especially the puzzles, Art style, Story etc but hate everything else about the game.
The combat, the atrocious performance with its moment to moment shader compilation and the slow movement etc.

I tried looking for similar games but couldnt find any. I wonder if there are any.

Meaning silent hill f but not annoying.
