Black stool

I’ve been having extreme abdominal pains the past 2 days to where I could barely get out of bed. I also have a stabbing pain in my right side.
Yesterday, I chose to only consume liquids in hopes it would ease the pain. I ended up puking. I couldn’t make it to the toilet so this goes from what I saw before it went into the drain. I saw a few black specks within the vomit. It worried me cause I did not drink anything that could give good reason to seeing that. So I looked it up and saw that it could be upper gastrointestinal bleeding. I told myself I’ll do my best to puke in the toilet next time to confirm what I had seen.
The next day (today), I got to poop. It was painful to get the poop out but I was happy when it came out. Since I thought I was easing constipation. Then I turned to look at my poop and it was black. I looked up what a black stool could mean. It said gastrointestinal bleeding or colon issues or coloring due to black foods and iron. I took a photo of it and will post it below. (Sorry it kept saying I need to use an image link in order to post.)
When I lye down on my back I feel a lot of pain and like a balloon almost about to burst. My right side I can lay on now (the past two days I was incapable of it) when I lay on it then turn to lye on my back it hurts even worse than if I don’t lay on my right. My left side I am capable of lying on and it doesn’t make the pain worse.
My mom thinks it could be some sickness going around. Even though I’ve told her what’s going on. So it’s making me question what to do. I do plan on visiting the doctor’s office after the weekend.
Is there anything I can do to help ease the pain and help the healing process throughout the weekend? Until I can visit the doctor’s office after the weekend.
