Last ditch to try to help out a friend with crashes.

Friend plays on an AMD 7900xtx and AMD cpu (can't remember exact one) and 32Gb of RAM on SSD. Ever since the update they have been crashing n the press start to continue to go to character select.

They've tried:

-redownloading the game

-verifying file integrity

-rolling back driver update/redownloading new one

Any advice? Only other things I can think of are clearing shader cache possibly, but I'm on a NVIDIA GPU/AMD cpu and I haven't had these problems, nor am I that literate with troubleshooting these things. They aren't a big redditor as far as I know. Thank you for the help in advance
