Is Squilliam richer than Lady Upturn?

Regardless of opinions on the character cuz I know she's not popular with most folks. Which of the two objectively has more wealth? Squilliam is a kinda "self made" situation right? He went to high school with Squidward so I'd assume his wealth came later. Lady Upturn however seems like old money. I'd be curious to know y'all's thoughts
