grating teeth while eating happening with bite shift?

Hi everyone! I’m on invisalign for a posterior crossbite and a narrow upper jaw.

I’m on the 8th tray and with this tray i started to grate my teeth while eating! The issue is with the back molars and it’s literally like nails on a chalkboard it makes me gag.

ALSO, every time that happens (literally with every bite) im sure that i chipped my teeth because it feels horrendous.

Should i contact my ortho ? What can they even do rn? Im really scared of chipping my molars because i read about people experiencing that :(
