Increased heart rate?

Hanging! Thinking of starting Mirt for anxiety/depresseion/insomnia. I already have tachycardia and take a beta blocker for that. Afraid to start Mirt because of its effect on norepinephrine. Don’t want to start if it’s going to increase my heart rate.

Anyone experience an increase in HR and if so how pronounced was/is it? Thanks!
