Instagram Instant region lock

Why the feature to post an Instant in Instagram is region locked ?? Even though I got it in the update changlog and I got it promoted when I opened the Instagram app.

But when I try to use "Hey meta post an Instant" it says "The feature is not available in your region".

I mean I understand if the AI feature are region locked, but this ???
