In need of handyperson, through wall AC unit replacement, light carpentry involved.

Hello! I’m looking for a handyman, after this heat wave lets up i’m looking to replace the through-wall AC in my living room. It’s pretty old and the new units are much smaller, so there’s probably gonna need to be a bit of carpentry done to fill the gap, going from a 27x16 unit to a 24x14 i believe.

Gonna be a bit before i get the new unit, hoping to get through the heat wave, but looking around in advance to get an idea of price and stuff.
