Should I do 2nd drop🥲?

Well this was my first time prep for neet after 12th from kerala state board in 2025 and got 510 in reneet, I'm not satisfied with this as I hoped that my 1 year drop should have done better, planning to do a second drop. Please help me with suggestions for materials, how to deal with mental health and all(ps:sry for my bad english)
